Sony, Microsoft, Ubisoft and Electronic Arts have all made their appearances at day one of the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).
Microsoft was the first big hitter to go, demonstrating new features for the Xbox, including Internet Explorer, the neat SmartGlass cross-platform functionality and Xbox Music.

Of course, games are the main priority for Microsoft and there were plenty on offer, with headliners Halo 4 and Gears of War: Judgment not disappointing.
New IPs were also showcased at E3, with Microsoft giving a peek at a few original exclusives, such as the bloody Ascend: New Gods and South Park: The Stick of Truth (also on PS3 and PC).
However, it's the Arcade titles that are arguably showing the most innovation, with the likes of Deadlight, Hybrid and Wreckateer all standing out from the crowd.
Kinect games were also a huge feature of the Microsoft briefing, with Dance Central 3, Matter, Fable: The Journey and plenty of other games making an appearance.
