But wait! That's not all...

The game is also incredibly erratic where level of difficulty is concerned. Because you aren't given a choice in this regard, your competition will be easy during one round and then ruthless the next.

So once you get the hang of the complicated controls, figure out the fluctuating difficulty levels, and get over the childish storyline, you can now sit back and enjoy the immense "variety" of mini games 'MySims Party' has to offer.

To give you an example of what I am talking about, here is one of the more "enthralling" mini games: How many pieces of paper can you pick up before the time runs out. Can you believe I never lost this mini game?

Now you are probably thinking that this is where I will start talking about all the good points; the reasons as to why you shouldn't be without this 'MySims' instalment.

Unfortunately that's not going to happen as it doesn't get any better.

The building editor is even more basic than the previous 'MySims' games, and as simple as the 'MySims Party' Sim creator. After I had built the exterior of my Sims house I found that there was no interior editing option ? what you start with, is what you will end with.

You almost get the feeling that EA's pockets where not as full as they would have liked and chose to produce a very sad cash-in. In doing so they have taken a big step backwards, lost quality, gameplay and this reviewer's respect for the 'MySims' franchise.

Unless you are an avid Sims collector and your life depends on having all the Sims games ever made, skip this one ? or even better yet, throw it off a cliff.
