Chinese communications firm Huawei has shown off its latest smartphone, the Ascend P6.
It's been billed as the world's thinnest handset, coming in at 6.18mms.
The new handset features a 1280x720 4.7-inch touchscreen, eight-megapixel rear camera and five-megapixel front-facing shooter. Under the hood, the device sports a 1.5Ghz quad-core processor and 2000mAh battery.
In what might be a disappointing move for lovers of pure Android, the device sports its own user-interface, the Emotion UI, on top of Android 4.2.2.
Software additions to Android include panorama modes, facial recognition shots, MagicTouch and SmartReading.
Huawei's South African Twitter account has confirmed that it will hit SA soon, with a R5000 price tag.
