Utilities often make life so much easier. There are a couple of utilities that we use a lot — most of them we've made mention of before in the Swiss Army Kit, but here they are all together in one place:

RAMBooster

This little utility sits in your notification bar and keeps your RAM from being crowded by unnecessary information. It's quite effective at keeping your computer running smoother.

Rocketdock

I've mentioned this one before but it's by far the nicest way of launching programs that I've found. Yes, it's a clone of the Mac's taskbar, but so what? You can set it to auto-hide and then appear in all its smoothly animated glory when you mouse-over the edge of your screen.

GParted Live CD

This one is probably not something everyone will be interested in, but it's very powerful, especially if you're still on Windows XP which doesn't come with built-in partitioning software. You write the utility to a CD and then you can boot up your computer into this program, from where you can partition and format as much as you want.

Filemenu Tools

Use this to expand your right-click context menu with many more features.

Glary Utilities

A one-stop system optimiser, cleaner, repairer and general house-keeping tool.

EyeDropper

I picked this one up from a friend of mine many years ago and have used it hundreds of times over the years. It's great if you are in the media business and need to know the HTML, RGB, or CMYK code for any colour on your desktop. It's buggy as can be but so effective in its simplicity. I have a very soft spot for this little critter.

Allway Sync

This is a very nice utility for syncing files for a WebDAV folder, e.g. for transferring documents to and from an iPhone via Wi-Fi.

Cheatbook Database

If you're into gaming and don't mind using the odd cheat code to help things move along, this is a gold mine of information.

Tweetdeck

For the Tweeters among us, this is an invaluable tool. You can view your tweets across different accounts all in one place, send your own tweets from it, and even see Facebook status updates.
